Code of Ethics
- All searches are conducted in a highly professional manner with promptness, completeness and thoroughness; and without regard to age, race, religion, marital status, sex or pregnancy.
- Employers will be provided with a selection of the best suited candidates, including those currently employed by competitors and who most closely meet the position requirements.
- A recruiting consultant will act in the highest, ethical and moral manner, maintaining integrity and honesty and will not recruit from any company that is a current client employer.
- Candidates placed by ourselves will not be recruited by a recruiting consultant while the individual is employed at that client company.
- Candidates will be interviewed by extensive, multiple telephone contacts or personally wherever possible.
- Confidentiality will be maintained by the recruiting consultant in dealing with both employers and candidates.
- Candidates presented to client companies by other placement firms will not be denigrated by our consultants.
- We do not initiate any recruiting from our clients or entice any of our clients' associates to leave our clients' organization. If we're ever approached by any of our clients' staff members, we consult (encourage) them to seek resolution before they consider resignation.
