Job Profiling
We construct a picture of the ideal personality style for the job. This model, or job profile, is achieved by you the client telling us of your specific requirements. Once a job profile has been produced for a particular role, it can be compared against all candidates for that position. This makes it possible to measure their suitability for that position, greatly accelerating the recruitment and assessment process. When we have a clear picture of the role we are then able to assess the character traits, motivation, experience and ambitions required of the successful applicant. We then prepare in draft a job specification (if not already available) and a personal profile, for your comment and approval.
Screening Process
CV’s can be full of business management jargon. Sometimes this can conceal deficiencies as well as reveal qualities in a candidate. Nothing can replace cross-examination of candidates by a professional in a lengthy process sometimes over numerous meetings. We grade their qualities and strengths, inter-personal skills, communication, experience, enthusiasm and ability to add value, knowledge of your company’s market sector, and business acumen /commercial awareness. These in-depth evaluations will enable us to short-list the best candidates for final selection procedure.
