McGregor Springfield advise on headhunting and recruitment and undertake psychometric testing together with other candidate assessments to provide specific consultancy services to regional companies as well as national and international plc’s. Although several consultants will work on each assignment, a lead consultant serves as the single point of contact throughout the whole recruitment process.

We are a member of the Pan European Executive Resourcing Network and accordingly are able to manage search and selection assignments throughout Europe by utilising the resources, research facilities and business/cultural knowledge of other group member companies. We also retain an extensive data base of candidates and clients and operate in the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
